Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of mind that most people experience every day. We automatically go into hypnosis when we become deeply relaxed or highly focused on a given activity eg driving or watching a good film. This natural state allows our conscious mind to move into a neutral state and our subconscious mind to come to the forefront.
Once I have guided you into a relaxed state of hypnosis, I can work directly with your subconscious. The subconscious is open and believes what it is told so I can help you replace negative beliefs with positive beliefs and ideas. Hypnotherapy can also allow you to release repressed feelings and negative issues that stop you from achieving what you want out of life.
